O destaques ficaram por conta de Game ofThrones, batendo o recorde de indicações com 32 — levando 10 prêmios nas categorias técnicas, além de Melhor Ator Coadjuvante e Melhor Série Dramática. Outra produção da HBO, Chernobyl, faturou 3 estatuetas na noite. Entretanto, foi a série de comédia da Amazon, Fleabag que levou mais prêmios na categorias principais, 4 no total, incluindo Melhor Série de Comédia.
